An associate degree program in entrepreneurship and small business management is designed for individuals who want to operate or own new businesses or enhance operations in existing small businesses. These degree programs will improve entrepreneurial, management, and business skills in various functional areas.

Associate degree program in entrepreneurship and small business management provide students with practical business education for prospective or current business managers and owners. Students will be taught the basics of growing, running, and starting a business, as well as management of personnel, communication strategies, and computer applications. The entrepreneurship focus in these associate degree programs will assist students in staying updated with business practices and develop analytical thinking skills to innovate. Typically, students are required to hold a general educational development (GED) certificate or a high school diploma to gain admission into the degree program.
