Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree Programs in Advertising Management

While some insight is offered on the creative aspect of marketing, the central focus of advertising management programs is centered on the business aspect of the industry. This program is eminently suited for individuals with an aptitude for sales, promotions, and leadership positions.

While schools often offer advertising management classes within a business administration degree program, degree programs with a sole focus on advertising management are also offered by some schools.

Students enrolled in a four-year Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Advertising Management program are taught about finding and analyzing target markets for advertisements, developing a calendar for media planning, examining how consumer behavior is affected by advertising, and enhancing brand management to raise the net worth of a company.
Courses on international marketing, business finance, marketing research, and copywriting, among other related topics, are also included in many programs. Students enrolled in the program are provided with an overview of the role played by advertising in large business settings.
