Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree Program in Child Care Management
Students will be provided with the administrative skills and child development knowledge necessary for performing a leadership role in a child care center when they are enrolled in a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) program in Child Care Management.
Child care managers work closely with parents, staff, and children to ensure a healthy and safe learning setting. Students gain a strong foundation in childhood environment administration, marketing, and design.
Schools often offer child care management as a specialization or concentration within a degree program, most often in human development and family relations or family or consumer sciences.
Admission criteria require incoming students to hold a GED certificate or a high school diploma.
