However, students may complete coursework in digital media as part of the general MBA curriculum, or as part of a digital marketing concentration within the MBA degree program.

Apart from an undergraduate degree, incoming students may also have to satisfy coursework and testing requirements. After they have enrolled, applicants may be given the opportunity to complete a digital portfolio and an internship, in addition to a thesis.

Education Requirements

Admission criteria typically require incoming students to have an undergraduate degree as well as knowledge of business processes and business terminology. They are also commonly required to know about finance, accounting, and statistics. In some business schools, students are expected to pass a Graduate Record Exams (GRE) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) before they can get admitted to an MBA program.

•Marketing

Continuing Education Choices

Program graduates may seek continued education by earning a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on learning advanced skills in strategy, marketing and management. Within digital media doctoral programs, theories in technology, science and art are investigated via project-oriented coursework.
