Coursework in master’s degree programs in communication covers public relations, leadership principles, and ethics. Original research and a thesis must be completed by students pursuing a communication graduate degree. Students enrolled in a communication master’s program who are interested in business may be allowed to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) or other graduate degrees in business simultaneously.
