A financial reporting manager is the one who has the responsibility of supervising the setup of the SEC documents and filings. This SEC documents and filings are the 10-K and 10-Qs. They also coordinate with legal teams that have a respect in the statement of proxy and filings of miscellaneous. In this case, this is the job that has serious responsibilities in certain companies. •Set up the earnings that are released quarterly.

•Produce and keep SEC calendar to update several parties that have essential deadline observance with these processes, such as BOD package, 10-K or Q, financial close, and press release.

•Check the time compliance and identification that is involved in the guidance of accounting.

•Supply US GAAP understanding and set up documents and technical memorandum in clear.

•Talk and explain the issues in accounting that usually involve the management team and accounting guidance.

•Supervise the communication along with the external auditors, in the accounting problems and financial statements, to have the assurance that the agreement of the auditor and company’s decision is close.

•Help in the coordination of quarterly review and annual audit of the external auditor’s activity.

•Set up the calculations of FAS 123R and make sure that the compliance of technical support M and A are included.

•Manage the internal accounting and issue resolution and identification.

•Produce, apply, and keep extensive policy of the accounting documents to enhance the consistency and clarity.

•Set and keep the procedures of reporting so that they can fulfil the requirements of the internal control.

To be a certified financial reporting manager, there are several requirements below that many individuals should have:

•Ability to implement and follow the documentation and completion.

•Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

•Excellent and extensive knowledge regarding the rules and regulations of US GAAP and SEC that are usually used in combining the skills in researching, and the notion of the company position on solving accounting problems.

•Work experience in issue recognition and internal accounting.

•Ability to work in the fast-paced community and supervise well through the use of complexity and ambiguity.
