•Calculate the monthly banquet revenues with the actual cash that was turned in. Reports on over and short of every Banquet bartender should be included in the audit’s conclusion as soon as it is prepared, sent and received by the Food and Beverage director.

•Come up with a certain degree or level of latitude and creativity, since it is also required with the job.

•Report to the department head or manager of the unit where you will be assigned.
