Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Cambridge, Massachusetts

Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s physics program has topped the list compiled by U.S. News and World Report from 2002 onward. The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics program is offered through the MIT Department of Physics and is aimed at preparing students for careers or study in fields such as medicine, law, management, and astrophysics.

California Institute of Technology – Pasadena, California

The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics is available at Caltech, with a heavily research-based coursework that covers topic areas such as engineering, advanced physics, statistical mechanics, and quantum physics, and waves.
