Students who have graduated from an associate degree program in business administration with a focus on marketing and management will be prepared for various entry-level administrative and marketing positions. In general, these degree programs concentrate on consumer behavior, service marketing, business communications, and sales management. Students also examine business communications, managerial accounting, and business law. Individuals will be introduced to office applications, including databases, spreadsheets, and word processors. Typically, applicants are required to hold a general educational development (GED) certificate or a high school diploma, along with submission of an official transcript of all coursework.
Generally, these degree programs comprised of sixty-four to sixty-five credits and take approximately two years to complete, if students are enrolled full-time.
