A 13% employment growth rate has been predicted for human resources managers and advertising managers over the 2010-2020 decade, while the corresponding growth rate of 21% has been projected for public relations managers (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS)). In 2012, resources managers took home an average annual wage of $99,720, while advertising managers earned $115,750, and public relations managers earned $95,450 (BLS).

Continuing Education Choices

Graduates from the bachelor’s degree program can seek continued education and advance their careers by completing a Master of Science (M.S.) program in Management and Leadership, or a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program that includes a management concentration option.
