Earning a degree online will allow you to go back to school without interrupting your daily routine as you will be able to create your own study schedule. Bachelor in Business

Online bachelor degrees in business are in great demand and during the fall of 2009 with about one in three online students enrolled in a business degree program (source: Eduventures). Coursework focused on finance, marketing, statistics and economics is geared to hone your skills in decision-making, number-crunching and problem-solving. Bachelor in Computer & Information Technology (IT)

Bachelor degrees in Computer and IT are the second most in demand with nearly one in five online students enrolling in these degree programs between 2008 and 2009 (source: Eduventures). Coursework focused on gaming technology, artificial intelligence and robotics is geared towards teaching you about the latest software solutions and programs. Computer and IT graduates can embark on careers as computer programmers, computer software engineers and database administrators (source: US department of Labor).

Bachelor in Criminal Justice

Bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice are the third most in demand with about ten percent growth in online course enrollments between 2008 and 2009 (source: Eduventures). Coursework focused on criminal justice research methods and criminal law are geared towards helping you embark on a career in law enforcement. Criminal justice graduates can aspire for careers as private investigators, correctional counselors and probation officers (source: US department of Labor).

Bachelor in Nursing

Students who believe they cannot earn a nursing degree online should reconsider. Nursing degree is the fourth popular online undergraduate program according to research conducted by Eduventures that found enrollments for online bachelor degrees in nursing grew thirteen percent between 2008 and 2009.  Bachelor degrees in Nursing are the fourth most in demand with about half a million jobs expected to generate between 2008 and 2018 (source: Department of Labor). Coursework focused on chemistry among other general science courses like nutrition, physiology and anatomy, as well as hands-on clinical work. Nursing degree geared to help you embark on a career in a hospital, clinic or other health care facility. Nursing graduates can aspire for careers as registered nurses; however, they will need to get licensed after they complete the graduate degree program (source: US department of Labor).

Bachelor in Psychology

Bachelor degrees in Psychology are in great demand with about six percent growth recorded in enrollments between 2008 and 2009 (source: Eduventures). Coursework focused on perception, emotion, motivation, intelligence and cognition that are geared towards helping you learn about how the brain functions and how it affect the way human behave.  Psychology graduates can aspire for careers as correctional treatment specialists, psychologist or social workers (source: US department of Labor).
