Atlanta Technical College

This college belongs to Georgia’s Technical College System; students in the state’s metropolitan capital city have more than one hundred tech programs to choose from in Atlanta Technical College’s three divisions, namely, skilled trades, health and human services, and media, information technology and business. Diploma Program in Air Conditioning Technology

Coursework in this six-quarter program includes specific training relating to air conditioning systems and installation, apart from core technical training in electric motors, control systems and components. Graduates are prepared for air conditioning technicians’ jobs with class-work that combines hands on training and classroom lectures.

Diploma Program in Electronics Technology

Coursework in this program includes specialization choices in computer and general electronics, communications, and telecommunications. Diploma Program in Welding and Joining Technology

Georgia Institute of Technology

Founded in 1885, The Georgia Institute of Technology started as a trade school and turned into a highly regarded public research and technical institution. Through its cooperative education programs and internship program, the school provides students with connections in the industrial sectors of Atlanta and career-building experience. The school offers several undergraduate and graduate degree courses to choose from.

Building Construction
