Majors Overview September 8, 2013An Associate of Business Administration (A.B.A.) with a focus on computer programming is designed for people who want to work in all areas of an organization. The associate degree program combines business management theory and principles, teamwork, computer skills, and leadership skills in a rapidly-changing work environment.
A.B.A. in Computer Programming Degree Program
Students enrolled in this degree program are taught business administration skills, along with training in computer programming, software applications and technology. Computer programming, web development, spreadsheet applications, law, and business applications are covered in the program coursework that has been devised to be completed in two years, if students are enrolled full-time.
Education Requirements
Admission criteria require applicants to hold a general educational development (GED) certificate or a high school diploma, in addition to submission of transcripts relating to any high school and postsecondary coursework completed. Applicants may also be required to complete a higher education placement test to which they will be provided online access by the school.

The associate degree program generally comprise of sixty-one to sixty-six credit hours. General education and liberal education courses will need to be completed depending on the program. Program course topics may include the following:
