The current global business sector is witness to daily improvements in information sharing and productivity, in addition to high levels of organizational change.

Students enrolled in a master’s degree program in organizational management are prepared for effective leadership roles in this dynamic business setting. Over the same decade, human resources managers are expected to see 13% growth (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). In May 2012, sales management professionals brought in an average annual wage of $105,260. During that same year, human resources managers earned $99,720 per annum on average (BLS).
