Aspiring web developers should consider enrolling in an associate’s degree program in web design and development that several community colleges across the nation offer. Students are taught about designing and maintaining websites, creating animated graphics and managing the functionality of websites. Associate of Science (A.S.) in Web Development and Design

Coursework includes topic areas such as navigation, web page layout, graphic design, and project management, among others.
